Betty Dunn

Betty L. Dunn of Roscoe, NY, a retired teller for M&T Bank in Roscoe, NY and a lifelong area resident died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at UHS Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, NY. She was 72.

The daughter of the late Theron D. and Ethel L. Finkle Davenport, she was born December 25, 1944 in Roscoe, NY.

Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Melvin and her husband Wayne of Roscoe, NY and Connie Minckler and her husband Gerald, Jr. of Long Eddy, NY; one daughter-in-law, Alicia Faulkner of Roscoe, NY; and four grandchildren, Tyler, Alexa, Kailyn, and Coleton; three sisters, Evelyn Carr, Ellen Bush, and Barbara Viele and her husband Art; and several nieces and nephews.

Betty was predeceased by her first husband, Hilton Edward Faulkner; her second husband, Edwin Dunn; two sons, James Faulkner and Daniel Faulkner; and one brother, Thomas Davenport.

Visitation will be Friday, January 27, 2017 from 11AM to 1PM in the Harris Funeral Home, Railroad Ave. Roscoe, NY.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 27, 2017 at 1 PM in the funeral home. Mrs. Margaret Tremper will officiate.

Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Roscoe, NY.
