Bolivar Antonio Olivarez Concepcion

Bolivar Antonio Olivarez Concepcion of Liberty, NY a puffing supervisor for Frito Lay, Liberty, NY and a long-time area resident, died Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown, NY.  He was 36.

The son of Bolivar Olivarez and the late Cristina Concepcion Fermin, he was born December 31, 1985 in San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic.

Survivors include his father, Bolivar Olivarez; two sisters, Cristal Concepcion and her spouse Olga Mata of Liberty, NY and Yahaira C. Concepcion of Liberty, NY; and one son, Yariel Olivarez Gonzalez.

Visitation will be Friday, February 18, 2022 from 10 AM to 1 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will begin at 1 PM in the funeral home.  The Rev. Rafael Gonzalez will officiate.  Burial will be in the Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
