Carol Brining

Carol Lillian Brining, 77, of Old Lyme, CT, died, Monday, June 8, 2015 in Lawrence and Memorial Hospital.

Carol was born on April 21, 1938 in White Plains, NY the daughter of Carl and Eve Warner. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Drew University in 1960. She married Richard Brining in 1965 in White Plains, NY. She was employed for over 20 years as a Research Biologist for Cebra Geigy Chemical Corp.

As a longtime resident of Old Lyme, CT she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing bridge with friends, traveling, being involved in the church, visiting the beach, horseback riding, sailing, swimming and many times just relaxing with a good book.

Carol is survived by her loving husband Richard, her son Jeff and wife Lisa Brining of East Haddam and two grandchildren, Christopher and Ashley.

Burial will be with her family in Riverview Cemetery at 12 Noon on Saturday, June 13, 2015.
