Charles Hy a life long area resident died Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown, NY. He was born November 18, 1955 in Liberty, NY. He was 68. 

Charles graduated from NY School for the Deaf in 1975 and entered the workforce as a cook.

Visitation will be Friday, October 25, 2024 from 9 to 11 AM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. Funeral services will begin at 11 AM in the funeral home. 

Burial will be in the Hurleyville Cemetery, Hurleyville, NY.
