Christopher M. Klein

Christopher M. Klein of Youngsville, NY a life long area resident passed away Monday, February 17, 2025 at his home. He was 36.

The son of James R. Klein and Kim E. Johnson Klein, he was born December 31, 1988 in Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY.

Chris attended Sullivan West Central School District and then joined his father in working alongside the family’s excavation business. He was a 21 year member of the Youngsville Fire Department, where he became the First Junior Cadett Program Member at the age of 14.

For everyone who knew Chris they knew his warm greetings and hugs. He had an infectious smile, great wit, a big heart and a great personality. He loved all music, trucks, equipment, food and loved the fine things in life but most of all he loved his beautiful family.

Survivors include his father, James R. Klein and his mother, Kim E. Johnson Klein; his wife, Samantha Klein; his brother, Kevin J. Klein and his wife Michelle; his sister, Kara L. Klein; his children, Ayla R. Klein, Peyton M. Klein, Blake J. Klein, and Grant C. Klein; as well as many Aunts and Uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews; many friends including his dear friend, Rick Graham.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 1 to 4 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. Firematic Services will begin at 4 PM followed by funeral services in the funeral home. Pastor Joseph LeConey will officiate.
