Daniel Faulkner

Daniel J. Faulkner of Roscoe, NY, a carpenter and a life long area resident died Thursday, May 26, 2016 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. He was 40.

The son of Betty Davenport Faulkner Dunn and the late Hilton Edward Faulkner, he was born January 14, 1976 in Liberty, NY.

Dan had worked for over 22 years for Terry France & Son Construction and more recently for Arrowbrook Construction. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and snowmobiling.

Survivors include his wife, Alicia L. Bowers Faulkner, at home; one son, Coleton Edward Faulkner, at home; his mother, Betty Faulkner Dunn of Roscoe, NY; two sisters, Deborah Melvin and her husband Wayne of Roscoe, NY and Connie Minckler and her husband Gerald, Jr. of Long Eddy, NY; two nieces, Alexa and Kailyn Minkler and one nephew, Tyler Melvin; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his father, Hilton Edward Faulkner; his brother, James E. Faulkner; and by his grandparents.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 31, 2016 from 11am-1pm and 5pm-7pm in the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave., Roscoe, NY.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 11AM in the funeral home. Margaret Tremper will officiate.

Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Roscoe, NY.
