David G. Simpson

David G. Simpson of Livingston Manor, NY, a waiter at the Liberty Diner, Liberty, NY and a life long area resident, died Saturday, July 8, 2023 at his home.  He was 58.

The son of the late Delmont R. and Rita M. McArthur Simpson, he was born November 22, 1964 in Liberty, NY.

David enjoyed crafting and decorating for the holidays.  He was an antique enthusiast.

Survivors include his brother, Robert Simpson and his wife Kathy of Liberty, NY; two nieces, Cassey Beseth and her husband Michael of White Sulphur Springs, NY and Malinda Kristiansen and her husband Ron of Liberty, NY; three great nephews and one great niece; and his partner, Randy Stephenson.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 1 to 3 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.  A celebration of his life will begin at 3PM in the funeral home.  Burial will be private in the Grahamsville Rural Cemetery, Grahamsville, NY.
