Donna L. Verderber

Donna L. Verderber a lifelong area resident, died Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the Roscoe Regional Rehab. and Residential Health Care Facility, Roscoe, NY.  She was 80.

The daughter of the late Leamon and Althea Viele Bowers, she was born June 11, 1943 in Liberty, NY.

Donna had worked as a nurse’s aide at the Grover Herman Hospital; she had been a secretary for Jerry Triolo Dentistry; and she worked as a Real Estate Agent at Bob Lambrigger Reality before retirement.

Survivors include her husband Joseph Verderber whom she married in 1963; her sons, Joseph Verderber and his companion Lisa Medvetz and Michael Verderber and his wife Nina; one sister, Peggy Cumiskey; one brother, Jack Bowers and his wife Karen; one granddaughter, Kimberly Saul and her husband Everett; step grandchildren, Bobby Glassel and Maribeth Olsen, Carolee Glassel and Wally (Scott) McGowan, John Glassel and his wife Jessica, Joseph Gagliardo and Elizabeth Roser, Tara Ward and her husband Rob, Danielle Eschenberg and her husband JP (John Paul); thirteen great grandchildren; and two nieces and one nephew.

Dignified cremation provided by Harris Crematorium, LLC; burial of cremains will be in the Lew Beach Cemetery, in the Spring.
