Dwight Fields

Dwight Fields of Liberty, NY, a retired transporter for the New York City Subway System and a long-time area resident died Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at his home. He was 70.

The son of the late Parker, Jr. and Eva Mungin Fields, he was born June 24, 1954 in Liberty, NY.

Dwight was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Ferndale, NY.

Survivors include four sisters, Patricia Frasier of Dale City, VA, Debra Fields of Dale City, VA,Bernice Ellis of Furman, SC and Regina Harvin of Hague, VA; one brother, Nathaniel Fieldsof Delaware; two daughters, Yvette McMillian of Alabama, and Danielle Fields of No. Carolina; one son, Corin Fields of Minneapolis, MN; two aunts, Annie Murrell of Elizabeth, NJ and LuevineDavis and her husband Joe of Irvington, NJ; several beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 12 noon at the Friendship Baptist Church Ferndale, NY. The Rev. Harry Brown, Jr. will officiate.
