Erica M. Vilaca

Erica Michelle Vilaca of Grahamsville, NY, an EMT with Mobilemedic EMS died Sunday 5, 2021 in the Town of Neversink, NY.  She was 30.

The daughter of Carlos Vilaca and Denise Amy Weinstein, she was born May 17, 1991 in Boynton Beach, FL.

Erica had always been active in providing health care.  She is a former Volunteer for the Island Park Fire Department and had recently been working a second job at the Ellenville Hospital.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Denise A. Weinstein Fassi and her husband Luis of Grahamsville, NY; her father, Carlos Vilaca of Florida; her daughter, Avery Michelle Vilaca, at home; one brother, Claudio Louis Vilaca of Florida; her maternal grandfather, Sidney “Papa” Weinstein of Grahamsville, NY; her paternal grandfather, Albano Vilaca of Brazil; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family has chosen to remember Eric’s life privately at this time.
