Frances G. Coar

Frances G. Coar of Liberty, NY a retired employee at the Paramount Hotel in Parksville, NY and a life long area resident, died Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Harris, NY.  She was 70.

The daughter of the late Hezikiah and Viola Ross Alsdorf, she was born February 27, 1953 in Livingston Manor, NY.  Frances enjoyed attending penny socials.  She also loved spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include her companion, Bruce Hinkley, at home; one sister, Royalee Ogle and her husband James of TN; one brother, Hezikiah Alsdorf and his wife Ester of Livingston Manor, NY; one daughter, Regina Edwards of TN; two step brothers, Peter Alsdorf of Bradley, NY and Robert Koferl and his companion Roberta Kehrley of Neversink, NY; three grandchildren, Rachel Underwood, Viola Underwood and Brianna Underwood and three great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two brothers, William Alsdorf and Kenneth Alsdorf; and one sister, Sarah Ogle.

Funeral services will be private. Dignified cremation provided by Harris Crematorium, LLC.
