James Suslosky

James T. Suslosky of Liberty, NY, a retired Operating Engineer with Local # 825 in Newburgh, NY, and a lifelong area resident died Friday June 3, 2022 at his home.  He was 79.

The son of the late Nicholas and Grace Abplanalp Suslosky, he was born July 13, 1942 in Liberty, NY.

Survivors include two sons, James Suslosky and his wife Amy of Whitman, MA and Craig Suslosky of Grahamsville, NY; one granddaughter, Kelcey Suslosky; two great granddaughters, Amalia and Malaia; and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his devoted wife, Barbara on January 13, 2022.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 4-7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be 10 AM Wednesday, June 8, 2022 in the funeral home.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery Cold Spring Road, Liberty, NY.
