Jean Bivins

Jean C. Bivins of Liberty, NY, a homemaker and a life long area resident died Saturday September 12, 2020 at the Care Center on Sunset Lake, Liberty, NY.  She was 84.

The daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Meissner Westervelt, she was born December 21, 1935 in Callicoon, NY.

Survivors include her children, Winfred Bivins, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Jeffersonville, NY; Debbie Weiler and her husband Richard of Spring, TX, Craig Bivins and his wife Marlena of Parksville, NY; and Andrew Bivins and his wife Colleen of White Sulphur Springs, NY; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; two brothers, Roland Westervelt and his wife Joanne of NJ; Richard Westervelt of Melrose, MA; and one sister Lydia Conklin and her husband Millard of Neversink, NY.

She was predeceased by her husband Winfred V. Bivins, Sr. on June 14, 2016.
