Jean Mcmillan

Jean E. L. McMillan of Roscoe, NY, a retired teacher at Head Start and a long time area resident, died Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the Roscoe Regional Rehab. and Residential Health Care Facility, Roscoe, NY.  She was 71.

The daughter of the late Donald B. and Pauline E. Miller McMillan, she was born February 23, 1947 in Manhattan, New York.

Graveside services and burial will be Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 10AM in the Riverview Cemetery, Roscoe, NY.  Father David Anthony will officiate.
