Jeffrey Lohmeyer

Jeffrey Lohmeyer, formerly of Mongaup Valley, NY found eternal peace on Monday, May 17, 2021 in Manalapan, NJ.  He was 73.

The son of the late Edward and Caroline Manzi Lohmeyer, he was born July 26, 1947 in Monticello, NY.

Jeffrey proudly served Our Country in the US Army during the Vietnam War and returned home to become a talented standardbred trainer.

He was the cherished brother of Edward, Kenny and Judy; loving father to his son, Jeffrey Jr.; grandfather of Jackson, Kennedy and Andrew; the loving companion for 28 years to Jenny Woodward; and uncle to Bethany Wadsworth, Charlie Lohmeyer and Chad LeComb.

A memorial mass will be celebrated Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 11 AM in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Gale Road, Mongaup Valley, NY; friends and family are invited to attend.
