Jennie Ruger

Jennie Ruger of Harris, NY, a long time area resident died on Friday, July 28, 2017 at her home.  She was 42.

The daughter of John and Elizabeth "Betty" Schulte Ruger, she was born December 23, 1974 in Kingston, NY.

Jennie loved music, swimming and horses.

Survivors include her parents, John and Betty Ruger of New Paltz, NY; one brother, John Ruger, Jr. and his wife Chris of Highland, NY; one sister, Kelly Young of New Paltz, NY; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and her extended family at The Center for Discovery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 2-3 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 3 PM in the funeral home.  The Rev. Annie Green will officiate.
