Joann Pierce

Joann T. Pierce of Callicoon, NY, a retired bus driver for the Jeffersonville Central School District and a lifelong area resident, died Sunday, March 8, 2015 at her home. She was 70.

The daughter of the late Arthur and Josephine Schmidt, she was born June 12, 1944 in Callicoon, NY.

Survivors include her son, Daniel Pierce and many close friends. She was predeceased by her husband, David Pierce in 2002.

Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2015 from 12 - 1 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1 PM in the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Congregation Ahavath Sholom Cemetery Route 52, Jeffersonville, NY.
