John Perry

John Perry of Sherburne, NY formerly of Livingston Manor, NY, a retired laborer and a lifelong area resident, died Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Upstate University Medical Center, Syracuse, NY, with his family by his side. He was 59.

The son of the late Albert and Hazel Tuttle Perry, he was born September 2,1963 in Liberty, NY.

John was an outdoorsman and he enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Potter of Sherburne, NY; five daughters, Sarah Ouimette of FL, Lisa Jones and her husband Cornelius of Livingston Manor, NY, Katherine Perry of Livingston Manor, NY, Desiree Milton of Keesville, NY, and Elizabeth Acosta and her husband David of Livingston Manor, NY; two sons, Ronald Milton and his wife Kathryn of AK and John Perry, Jr. of Livingston Manor, NY; three sisters, Rosie, Lucy, and Candy; two brothers, Marvin “Bum” and twin brother, Jimmy; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one son, Brandon Perry; one sister, Rachel; three brothers, Francis, Mike and Steve; and his father-in-law.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, Railroad Ave. Roscoe, NY.

Burial will be in the Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
