Joseph Pando

Joseph E. Pando of Bethel, NY, a lifelong area resident, died Monday, August 31, 2020 at his home.  He was 53.

The son of the late Robert G. and Nancy A. Decker Pando, he was born July 15, 1967 in Liberty, NY.

Joseph proudly served Our Country in the US Army; he was a member of the Catskill I.O.O.B; and was the night manager at the Raleigh Hotel in Fallsburg, NY.

Survivors include his sister, Patricia Van Pelt and her husband William of Jeffersonville, NY; and several friends.

Graveside services with military honors and burial will be Friday, September 4, 2020 at 10 AM in the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery, Liberty, NY.  Social distancing guidelines must be met, facemasks are required.
