Joseph Abraham Young

Joseph Abraham Young of South Fallsburg, NY a student at Fallsburg Junior Senior High School, Fallsburg, NY died Wednesday December 25, 2024. He was 15.

The son of Joshua Lee Young and Ana Amaya Echeverria, he was born December 26, 2008 in Harris, NY.  Joseph enjoyed helping his dad with construction projects.  He also loved playing video games and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his father, Joshua Lee Young; his mother, Ana Amaya Echeverria and step-father, Martin Alas; one brother, Matthew Alas; and two sisters, Yaretzi Alas and Maria Alas; and his cousins including, Kole Young.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 1, 2024 from 5-8 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. 

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 2, 2024 at 10 AM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY. The Rev. Santos Manzanares will officiate. Burial will follow in the Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
