Judith Bivins

Judith M. Bivins of Woodbourne, NY, a home maker and a lifelong area resident died Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 71.

The daughter of the late William and Mabel Cutler Bivins, she was born September 23, 1942 in Liberty, NY.
