Julie Caruso

Julie Caruso of Liberty, NY, a teacher aide for Sullivan County BOCES and a longtime area resident, died Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Garnet Health Hospital, Harris, NY.  She was 58.

The daughter of the late Jay and Janet L. Rheinheimer Cross, she was born April 9, 1964 in Liberty, NY.

Julie enjoyed cooking, the outdoors and camping.

Survivors include her devoted husband, Todd Caruso, at home; two sons, Michael J. Bell of Liberty, NY and Christopher J. Carman of Loch Sheldrake, NY; her stepchildren, Jammie Caruso and her companion, Bryan of FL, Brad Caruso of FL, Tiara Caruso and her companion Artie of FL, and Troy Caruso and his wife Briana of Kerhonkson, NY; and several grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, January 2, 2023 from 9-11 AM in the Harris Funeral Home West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 2, 2023 at 11AM in the funeral home.  The Rev. Bridgette LeConey will officiate.
