Kathy Horn

Kathy L. Horn of Roscoe, NY, a retired claims representative for the Social Security Administration, Monticello, NY, and a lifelong area resident, died Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. She was 62.

The daughter of the late John Kenneth and Anna May Twaddel Elwood, she was born June 25, 1952 in Liberty, NY.

Kathy enjoyed reading and cooking.

Survivors include her son, Joshua Horn and his companion Austin Bowers of Roscoe, NY; several step children; and several step grandchildren including, Joseph Horn.

She was predeceased by her husband, Walter A. Horn on March 31, 2010; and one brother, Thomas Elwood.

Visitation will be Friday, November 28, 2014 from 2-4 PM in the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave. Roscoe, NY.

Burial will be in the Cooks Falls Cemetery, Cooks Falls, NY, in the Spring.
