Lillian Kiakis

Lillian A. Kiakis of Downsville, NY, a retired employee for Kraft Foods in Walton, NY and a lifelong area resident, died Thursday, August 18, 2016 at her home. She was 86.

The daughter of the late Hudson and Arietta Rosa Dewey, she was born September 8, 1929 in Sydney Center, NY.

Lillian enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Survivors include eight children, Anita Cornell, Donna Meola, George Kiakis, Ronald "Ron" Kaikis, Candy Seibert, Thomas "Tom" Kiakis, William "Bill" Kiakis, and Barbara Walley; 22 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Orrin Ritchey, Diane Rhinebeck, Lowella Mann, and Barbara Shelp.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.
