Megan Doolittle

Megan Doolittle of Loch Sheldrake, NY, a Direct Support Professional for the ARC of the Greater Hudson Valley in Fallsburg, NY and a lifelong area resident, died Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at her home. She was 28.

The daughter of Rebecca Pellew and Andrew Doolittle, she was born August 30, 1993 in Middletown, NY.

Megan cherished spending time with her children and is remembered as being a hard worker.

Survivors include her parents, Rebecca Pellew and Andrew Doolittle of Loch Sheldrake, NY; two daughters, Adalyn Strain and Karleigh Strain, both at home; one brother, Brian Doolittle and his companion, Kayla of Loch Sheldrake; one sister, Brittany Doolittle and her companion, Anthony; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Kylie Strain.

Visitation will be Monday, June 6, 2022 from 3-5 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 6, 2022 at 5 PM in the funeral home.  Mother Diana Scheide will officiate.

Memorial contributions in Megan’s name may be made to a Custodial Account in the name of her children C/O Rebecca Pellew.
