Neil Nappa of Liberty, NY, a retired clerk at the Roscoe Liquor Store and a long time area resident, died Thursday, July 22, 2021 at his home. He was 66.
The son of Anthony Nappa, he was born December 5, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York.
Graveside services and burial with military honors will be Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10 AM in the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
