Pamela W. Young Mosconi

Pamela W. Young Mosconi of Jeffersonville, NY, a retired Survey Draftsman for Eustis and Horowitz Engineering of Circleville, NY and a longtime area resident died Friday, March 7, 2025 at her home. She was 80.

The daughter of the late Leonard G. And Edna Henry Toop, she was born February 11, 1945 in Egremont, England.

Pam was a devoted Christian. She was a Sunday School teacher at the Damascus Methodist Church where she had also been a lector. She liked to hike, travel, and go on adventures with her friends. She spent a lot of time reading books, especially spy and mystery novels and studying the Bible. She will be remembered as being very upbeat, kind and generous. She always managed to find unique gifts and made anyone feel special.

Survivors include one son, William D. Young, Jr. and his wife Connie Smith-Young of Livingston Manor, NY; one sister, Margaret McLeod and her husband Marcus of England; one step granddaughter, Leanne Stuhlmiller; one sister-in-law, Margaret Young; two brothers-in-law, Dan Young and Tim Young and his wife Frannie; several nieces and nephews; many close friends, including Maureen Young. She was predeceased by her husbands, William D. Young Sr. and David Mosconi and two sisters-in-law, Kathy Cramer and Judy Cerillo.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 10-12 noon at the Harris Funeral Home West St.at Buckley, Liberty, NY.  Funeral services will be Thursday, March 13, 2025 at noon in the funeral home. The Rev. Chris De Long will officiate.  Dignified cremation will be provided by Harris Crematorium, LLC.

Memorial contributions in Pamela's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
