Patricia Augustine

Patricia C. Augustine of White Sulphur Springs, NY, a retired home health aide for Sullivan County ARC and a long time area resident died Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. She was 75.

The daughter of the late William and Mary Husted Carroll she was born April 9, 1942 in Dobbs Ferry, NY.

Patricia was a communicant of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Youngsville, NY; she had been a bus driver for Frist Student Bus Company; a former member of the Town of Liberty Vol. Ambulance Corp where she had been a bingo caller; and a member and officer of The Little Big Horns Drum and Bugle Corp. Patricia enjoyed swimming and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Vincent M. Augustine, at home; two daughters, Diane Strunk and her husband Patrick of New Port Richey, FL and Roseann Edwards and her husband David of Little River, NC; two sisters, Maureen "Penny" Buck of Cooperstown, NY and Margaret "Peggy" Imbrogno and her husband Joseph of Dobbs Ferry, NY; three brothers, William Carroll and his wife Gail of Ocala, FL, John Carroll and his wife Patt of Bricktown, NJ; and Charles "Charlie" Carroll and his wife Marcy of Yonkers, NY; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, April 14, 2017 from 4 to 7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 10 AM in the Funeral Home. Father I. Vu will officiate.

Memorial contributions in Patricia's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
