Patricia Simmons

Patricia Simmons of North Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Liberty, NY a retired Certified Nursing Assistant, died May 1, 2015 in North Vista Hospital, North Las Vegas, NV.

The daughter of the late James A. and Dorothy Ishmael Hopkins, she was born February 3, 1938 in Illinois.

Survivors include two daughters, Jo Ann Closson and her husband Michael Radkiewicz of Las Vegas, NV and Dawn Racelis of Las Vegas, NV; three step sons, Donald Simmons and his wife Virginia, Richard Simmons, and Raymond Simmons and his wife Karen; four brothers, James and his wife Patricia, John, Kevin and his wife Linda, and Thomas Hopkins and his wife Lynn; several grandchildren, including Vincent Closson, Henry, Benjamin and Spencer Racelis; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and burial of her cremains will be Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 5 PM in the Liberty Cemetery Cold Spring Road, Liberty, NY.
