Robert Bock

Robert B. Bock of Kiamesha Lake, NY, a retired self-employed welder and a long time area resident died Saturday January 28, 2017 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. He was 83.

The son of the late Bernard and Anna Keenher Bock, he was born October 17, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY.

Robert proudly served Our Country in the US Navy from 1952 to 1956; he had been a resident of Kiamesha Lake for 44 years; he was a member and past exalted ruler of the Monticello Elks Lodge #1544; a communicant of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Monticello, NY; a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #550 in Monticello, NY; and a member of the Corp. Russell Sprague American Legion Post #109 in Monticello, NY.

Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Rosemary Bock; his children, Robert Bock and his wife Hope; Maryann Mueller and her husband Raymond, Kenneth Bock and his wife Patti and Michael Bock; his grandchildren, Brian Bock, Eric Mueller, Scott Bock and Amber Bock; and his great grandchildren, Melonie, Mason, and Jace Bock.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 1 PM in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Broadway, Monticello, NY.
