Rosemary Schmidt

Rosemary Marie Schmidt of Swan Lake, NY, a homemaker and a long time area resident, died Monday, December 3, 2012 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 46.

The daughter of the late George and Ellen Buckley Brownhill, she was born November 7, 1966 in Suffern, NY.

Rosemary loved her cat "Sammy"; she enjoyed crafting, scrapbooking, and plastic canvas crafting.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew W. Schmidt, at home; two sons, Jonathan Schmidt, at home, and Matthew Schmidt, at home; four sisters, Marjorie Houghtaling and her husband Vernon of Monticello, NY, Marion Davenport of Liberty, NY, Edna DeGraw and her husband Dale of Hasbrouck, NY, and Georganna Reichenbaugh and her husband Edward of Ferndale, NY; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by one brother, Charles David Brownhill.

Visitation will be Friday, December 7, 2012 from 10 AM to 12 Noon in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 7, 2012 at 12 Noon in the funeral home. The Rev. Bridgette LeConey will officiate.
