Sarah Avery

Sarah Avery of Liberty, NY, a retired chamber maid for Brown's Hotel and Grossinger's Hotel and a long time area resident, died Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center, Liberty, NY. She was 92.

The daughter of the late Frank and Fannie Toland Dominick, she was born June 12, 1920 in Prosperity, SC.

Survivors include her brother, Carl Dominick and his wife of New York City; and one grandson, Jamie Johnson; and many dear friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Warren Avery in 1986; and her son, Charles Dominick.

Visitation will be Friday, February 1, 2013 from 11AM to 1PM in the Harris Funeral Home, West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 1, 2013 at 1 PM in the funeral home. The Rev. Norman Graves will officiate.

Burial will be in the Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
