Scott Irving Pisall of North Branch, NY died Friday, November 22, 2024. He was 28. The son of Robert I. and Julie Ogden Pisall, he was born March 10, 1996 in Honesdale, PA.
He was a 2014 Graduate of Sullivan West High School and continued his education at St. Rose College in Albany, NY where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensics. Scott proudly served Our Country in the US Marines. In the end, it’s not the years in your life that counts, it’s the life in your years. Scott experienced a lot in his time here on Earth, he survived a plane crash, a car accident with his sister and died on the field while he trained at Camp Lejeune. Scott was a shy man but he had a lot of character and a great sense of humor. He was a hard worker and worked at Foster Supply and Woodloch Pines Resort. He enjoyed playing Dungeons and Dragons, Magic the Gathering and many other games that involved a group of friends gathering. He loved animals, especially his dogs, Bernie and Blue Tark.
Survivors include his parents, Robert and Julie Pisall of North Branch, NY; one sister, Emily Pisall of North Branch, NY; his aunts, Candice Rubin and her husband David and Jane Burcroff; his grandparents, May Oestrich and Jean Ogden. He was predeceased by his sister, Rebecca Pisall and his grandfather, Walter “Scott” Ogden.
A celebration of life service will be Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 12 Noon to 4 PM at the Arnold House, 839 Shandelee Road, Livingston Manor, NY. Military honors will begin at 1 PM.
