Sylvia Hendrickson

Sylvia Elaine Hendrickson of Jeffersonville, NY, a retired Veterinary Assistant for Pine Bush Animal Hospital, Pine Bush, NY and a lifelong area resident died Friday, June 14, 2013 in the Catskill Regional Medical Center Grover Hermann Division, Callicoon, NY. She was 76.

The daughter of the late Floyd "Pete" and Sylvia Berry Bowers, she was born February 14, 1937 in Tennanah Lake, NY.

She is survived by two daughters, Kelly Sattler and her husband William of Jeffersonville, NY, and Holly Shook of Kenoza Lake, NY; six grandchildren, Alisha Purdy, William "BJ" Sattler, Jr., Bridget Sattler, Ashley Sattler, Heather Sattler, and Autumn Shook; and four great granddaughters.

She is predeceased by one son, Shawn Hendrickson; one granddaughter, Amy Sattler; three brothers, Leamon Bowers, Vincent Bowers, and Willy Bowers; and one sister, Eleanor Emery.

Graveside services and burial will be Tuesday June 18, 2013 at 1 PM in the Walker Valley Cemetery, Walker Valley, NY. The Rev, Robert Hewitt will officiate.
