Thomas Roemer

Thomas R. Roemer passed into heaven on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at his home. He was 68.  The son of the late Walter R. and Elizabeth M. Stone Roemer, he was born September 25, 1956 in Callicoon, New York.

After school, Tom enlisted in the US Air Force and received his Honorable Discharge in March of 1980. He then left home and went to work on the oil rigs in Wyoming, enjoying all The West had to give. He enjoyed woodworking and reading. He enjoyed life immensely and will be dearly missed.

He leaves behind six siblings, Walter Roemer of Callicoon, NY, James Roemer of Callicoon, NY, Peggy Roemer Sattler of Callicoon, NY, Kathy Roemer Blanchard of Virginia Beach, VA, Suzanne Roemer of ID, and Joseph Roemer of York Haven, PA; he also leaves behind an abundance of nieces, nephews and good friends.

Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
