Thomas Wade

Thomas P. Wade of Liberty, NY, a retired food service provider at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center and a lifelong area resident, died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at his home. He was 59.

The son of the late George, Sr. and Marion Reasin Wade, he was born November 10, 1954 in Liberty, NY.

Tom was an avid NY Giants fan and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his longtime companion, Judy Ross, at home; two sisters, Barbara Suslosky and her husband James of Liberty, NY and Carolyn Bauernfeind of Callicoon, NY; two children, Earl Ross, Jr and his wife Allyson and Shannon Ross and her companion Dan; three grandchildren, Janet, Jacob and Joshua; three nephews, James Suslosky, Craig Suslosky, and Bill Bauernfeind; and one niece, Robin Fitch. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one brother, George Wade, Jr.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 3-6 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West St. at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Thursday evening at 6PM in the funeral home.
