Vita "Vivian" Hendrickson

Vita “Vivian” Hendrickson of Livingston Manor, NY a long-time area resident, died Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at the Garnet Health Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 80.

The daughter of the late Lester and Victoria Rosiecki Bellafiore, she was born September 30, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY.

Vivian had worked in the clerical department for many years at the Bank of Tokyo. She enjoyed visiting with her friends at Café 42, a few days a week. She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Livingston Manor, NY. She enjoyed cooking and babysitting.

Survivors include her sons, Donald Hendrickson, Jr., Kevin Hendrickson and his wife Jennifer and Matthew Hendrickson and his wife Nancy, all of Livingston Manor, NY; her daughter, Danielle Carlsen and her husband Brian of Livingston Manor, NY; one brother, Lester Bellafiore and his wife Eileen of Glen Head, NY; four grandchildren, Jillian, Michael, Kyle and Joshua; several nieces and nephews; and her close friends, Carole Edwards and Claire and Gary Taggart.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Hendrickson, Sr. in 2021.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 10 AM in St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Church Street, Livingston Manor, NY. Father Antony David and Father Edward Bader will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Livingston Manor, NY.
