Wendy M. Thomas of Livingston Manor, NY, a lifelong area resident died Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 36.

The daughter of Dawn VanDuser and the late Randy Lee Thomas, Sr., she was born August 7, 1979 in Harris, NY.

Wendy enjoyed crocheting, reading, music and making Christmas wreaths; she had a love for drawing and she expressed herself through her drawing and poetry; she always had to have the last word.

Survivors include her mother, Dawn VanDuser of Livingston Manor, NY; one brother, Randy Thomas, Jr. of Livingston Manor, NY; three sisters, Shanon Muniz of Rock Hill, NY, Lynn Thomas of Livingston Manor, NY, and Toni Dilauro of Livingston Manor, NY; three sons, Donavon Nietzel, Darien Nietzel, and Randon Gordon; one daughter, Janice Gordon; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 5-7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home, Railroad Ave. Roscoe, NY.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 7 PM in the funeral home. The Rev. Walter C. Haff will officiate.
