Zackary Wallgren

Zackary V. Wallgren of Liberty, NY, a college student and lifelong area resident, died Sunday, September 22, 2013 at his home. He was 18.

The son of Tara Schild Wallgren Faria and the late Jack Wallgren, he was born February 22, 1995 in Harris, NY.

Zack was a graduate of Liberty High School, Class of 2013. He enjoyed soccer, skateboarding and playing his guitar.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Tara and Roger Faria of Liberty, NY; three sisters, Alexandrea Wallgren of Liberty, NY, Kristie Wallgren and Jenna Faria, at home; his maternal grandmother, Eileen Schild of Liberty, NY; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his father, Jack Wallgren.

Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 from 7-9 PM and Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013 from 5-7 PM in the Harris Funeral Home West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.

Funeral services will be Saturday evening at 7 PM in the funeral home. Deacon John Riley will officiate.

A Zackary Wallgren Memorial Barbeque will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, 2013 from 10 AM - 3 PM at Hanofee Park, Sunset Lake Road, Liberty, NY.

Memorial contributions in Zack's name may be made to the Liberty DARE Program C/O Liberty Police Department 167 North Main Street, Liberty, NY 12754 or a charity of ones' choice that helps at-risk youth.
